Sale of shares of the energy company

I sell part of the shares of a smaller energy company operating in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The company supplies electricity and gas. It is possible to purchase a quantity up to the amount of the veto right. Shares are not publicly traded on the stock exchange. Suitable for larger industrial companies and units where there is an immediate return on investment but also for private investors.
