Become a Citizen TV Maker and get free camera training
- DO YOU HAVE A STORY TO TELL? Have you ever had an idea for a news programme that you've been dying to make, but didn't know where to start? WORLDbytes, a unique Citizen TV school based in Hackney East London, offers free camera, sound and lighting training to help you get this programme out of your head and onto the screen. You'll be learning the technical aspects of shooting as you work on real projects, tackling challenging issues. WORLDbytes hands-on approach to programme-making enables 16-25 year olds to learn and experience the art and craft of programme-making using professional equipment under the guidance and instruction of professional staff. Remember, learning by doing is what WORLDbytes is all about. Sounds good? Then apply online at http://www.worldbytes.org/become-a-volunteer/ and book a place at the next introductory evening taking place on Thursday 25th September 2014 at 7.30pm.
