Friday Talk: Power of Forgiveness

- Free talk on Friday 13 April from 6.30pm - 8.00pm. When we hold onto emotional hurts and negative events, we become so wrapped up in the wrong, that we get distracted from what’s important. So, just as a bird has to let go of the branch in order to fly, in the same way, all we need to do is Let Go. How? Exercise the power of forgiveness. It doesn’t mean erasing or excusing the wrong. Forgiveness means to develop empathy and compassion, so that you can release your feelings of hurt, and find room in your heart to forgive yourself and others.
