- Join crews at WORLDbytes, the online Citizen TV station and make hard-hitting programmes. And don’t miss the opportunity to get involved in our exciting new feature film documentary project on the life and works of black writer and revolutionary CLR James. We provide a six week volunteer-learner package for 16-25 year olds interested in making Citizen TV films with WORLDbytes. This is a part-time ‘on the job’ training package including Easter holiday shoots for camera, sound & lighting and tackling challenging issues which results in high impact programmes for broadcast across the web. No previous experience is required but a keen interest in social issues is a must as our programmes prioritise content over style. We do not require CVs, but do ask everyone interested to submit an online application and attend an introductory evening on Thursday 10th April 2014 at 7.30pm. The charity is also offering internships and work placements.
